Kitchen Sink Salad
No rules here use everything you have but the kitchen sink.
Dressing on the bottom, 2 Tbsp.
Hard veggies next (peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion)
Soft veggies or fruits (tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, green onion, asparagus)
Proteins (chick peas, black beans, cheese, meats)
Nuts or seeds
