Dressings

Poppy Seed Dressing:

1/3 cup white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp raw organic honey
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp organic Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp poppy seed

Balsamic Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp Honey
2 cloves garlic
2 small shallots
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup olive oil

In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients. Enough for 8-10 servings

Green Goddess Dressing (Dairy Free):
10 Large Basil Leaves
3 Tbsp chopped chives
2 Tbsp cilantro
1/4 cup Italian Parsley
Leaves from 1 sprig of tarragon
2 scallions, white and light green parts only, roughly chopped
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 cup Vegenaise
2 Tbsp. raw honey
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 cup)
3 Tbsp. Evoo
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a powerful blender until completely pureed. Keeps well in a jar in the fridge for a week.

 

Cleanse Dressing:
1/2 cup raw, unfiltered, organic apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of raw, unfiltered honey or 1/4 tsp Stevia
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup EVOO
4 Tbsp. of fresh chopped basil leaves
Pinch of salt
In a small bowl wish together all ingredients.
